Working with people as your photographic subjects can be very rewarding and fulfilling for everyone. The first and most important element that has to be established, whether it be a very strict professional or fun loving approach, is the relationship between photographer and model. Once you have established this partnership, you will instantly feel the ease and relaxation in the photo session. When the two of you start working together, the creative juices will flow like a flash flood. Sometimes, such as during the Ujena event in Cancun, the relationship must be instantly established because only one hour is available with each model. At this event, you have to meet and greet fifty models, know what you want to achieve before hand, set up your appointments, and then create successful images in a fast paced two days.
